Warranty and Refund Policy

Kokopelli Music LLC ("KM" and "we") provides both a 30 day refund policy and a lifetime warranty on our batteries and LCD screens.

30 Day Refund Policy. We will gladly refund your money, no questions asked, for any product you purchase from us, as long as you contact us within 30 days of the purchase date. Labor and shipping costs are nonrefundable. Refunds are only available to the original purchaser. If you would like a refund, send the product and proof of purchase to us at the address shown below, and we will mail you a refund check within 10 days of receipt.

Lifetime Warranty. We warrant our batteries and LCD screens to be free from defects in materials and workmanship and to operate in a manner satisfactory to you, for as long as you use it in the music player for which it was originally purchased.

If you purchased a battery directly from us, we will replace it upon your request for free, plus a nominal shipping and handling charge as set forth in our website www.kokopellimusic.us at the time of such request.
If you purchased a battery from one of our resellers, we will replace it upon your request for $10.00, plus a nominal shipping and handling charge as set forth in our website www.kokopellimusic.us at the time of such request.
If you purchased an LCD screen directly from us, we will replace it upon your request for $20.00, plus a nominal shipping and handling charge as set forth in our website www.kokopellimusic.us at the time of such request.

If you wish us to install your new replacement battery or LCD screen, we will do that for an additional fee. As a condition to our obligation to replace such product, you must return the product to us prepaid together with proof of purchase

To return a battery or LCD screen under our warranty program: print this warranty replacement form, fill it out, and mail it to us with the old product and any fees required.

Parts or product for which replacement is made shall become our property.

We reserve the right to replace any product which has been discontinued from its product line with a new product of comparable value and function.

WE DISCLAIM ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHETHER OF MERCHANTABILITY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH HEREIN.

OUR SOLE OBLIGATION UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL BE TO REPAIR OR REPLACE THE COVERED PRODUCT, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS SET FORTH HEREIN. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY LOST PROFITS, GENERAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHICH MAY RESULT FROM BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY, OR ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES. ANY WARRANTIES WHICH ARE IMPLIED AND WHICH CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO A TERM OF ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF ORIGINAL RETAIL PURCHASE.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, without prior notice to you, any product.
