In 2006 we got this wonderful email from a customer in New Orleans. She'd sent us her iPod for a battery replacement a week before Hurricane Katrina hit. Here's what she had to say to us. Of course, we sincerely hope you won't have the same hurricane problems as this customer did. But we promise to give you the same prompt, cheerful service, high quality product, and great prices!
I am happy to compliment the service I got from your company. I am sure (or at least hopeful) that most of your customers won't have the same problems I had! I wanted a battery replacement for my first generation IPOD. You were very prompt about sending the information to send the IPOD; I not so prompt in sending the IPOD back. You were very prompt about replacing battery but amazingly you recognized that sending the IPOD back to my address in New Orleans may not be the thing to do! I give great kudos for that! I had mailed the IPOD the Friday before Katrina and you emailed me one or two days after to say it was ready. Once I had an address you sent me the fixed IPOD with all its memory in place. Additionally you sent me a power supply since mine was back in New Orleans -- and who knows how long I would be IPOD-less? So service PROMPT, courteous and price great! Happily I was one of the lucky ones, my home was in a DRY zone and I am back living in N'awlins ready to rebuild this city. Below are some additional reasons why I highly recommend your company! First, of course, I went to APPLE, but they wanted over a $100 to replace it! Then I bought a battery with tools in the mail. Their tools broke 2 minutes after trying to open the POD. I found your site by a google search and thought it a very good bargain to just send my IPOD in. And I could pay by PAYPAL! But I messed up my PAYPAL login so ended up ordering 2 batteries.
