You guys are unbelievable !!! Here I am waiting for a response to my email about when the IPod will be returned to me, and I received the IPod back before you guys had a chance to return my email !!!!!!
You certainly delivered what you promised. My IPod arrived on Wednesday--and it was back in my hands on Saturday. That isn't fast--it's blazing fast.
I charged my Ipod upon it's return--and it is working perfectly. Before I sent it to you, the battery icon would fill up--and be gone in about 90 minutes. Yesterday, starting with a full charge, I listened to music for 2 hours--and the battery meter is still at 3/4 or better.
Thank you for everything. I will refer every Ipod person that I know to your company. Let the news be spread.

I am writing to express my utmost satisfaction and praise for battery replacement services rendered by Kokopelli Music. As my iPod has functioned as more or less of an extension of my own body for over two years, I very quickly, upon shipping off my iPod to you, came to realize that entrusting my beloved in the hands of the United States Postal Service (let alone a group of strangers three states away!) was an experience akin to sending one's own child away to camp (or, at the very least, packing them in a small cardboard box full of newspaper and shipping them to Pennsylvania).
My iPod was back in my hot little hands within eight days, whereupon I quickly tested it with the battery test recommended by the Apple website. Before the battery replacement, my iPod had a life of less than four hours; following the replacement, it was nine. Bottom line: You do excellent work.
I am not one who normally submits comments like this, but I was just that pleased. I promise to recommend you to everyone I know in a similar situation, and wish your company the best of luck with any and all future endeavors!

I am so happy with my new battery for my ipos mini. My ipod was given to me after the previous owner, annoyed because the battery wouldn't hold a charge,upgraded his. I wasn't able to install the new battery until last Saturday and I wanted to give it some time to see if it was going to be okay. I am happy to report it has worked beautifully and there seems to be no problem. I did notice on the first battery you sent one of the tiny wires leading to the piece that actually plugs into the iPod had a significant crease in the casing. I think either I did that trying to stuff in all the wires in order to replace the case and it got tweaked or it happened during the battery manufacture. There is no way to tell other than to say this new one did the trick. Thanks again and I will tell everyone I know with an Pod where to go when they need to replace their bettery. I think I have some small degree of knowledge to pass on when it is their turn to open the little bugger up. Kind regards
